Manufacturing/assembly of automotive lighting equipment and parts transportation, etc./209-2365E

Work location: Sugagaya, Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture

This job is at a factory of a major automotive parts manufacturer.
You will be responsible for assembling automotive lighting equipment (such as headlights), as well as sorting, picking, and transporting related parts.
Excellent teamwork!
Even those with no experience can feel at ease, as we provide careful instruction.
Many male staff in their 20s to 50s are actively working, and the workplace has a warm, home-like atmosphere.

[Specifically:]

① Assembly work:
Work is done in groups of 3 to 5 people on the line.
(Each person is assigned a specific process within the line, and tasks are performed manually without a conveyor.)

Assembly is mostly automated, and machine operation is done via touch panel, so there are no difficult controls.
The product is lightweight, making it easy to hold with one hand and minimizing physical strain during work.
The main tasks involve attaching cords and inspecting the products.
This role is well-suited for individuals who excel at repetitive tasks within their assigned process.
This includes tasks such as transporting pallets loaded with products/materials using manual hand carts, and sorting products/materials on pallets for transportation to the production line.
Since you'll be transporting materials/products between the storage areas and the production lines, effective communication regarding arrangements and handoffs will be crucial.
While there's no heavy lifting, this role involves constant walking and sorting tasks. It's ideal for those with good stamina and who enjoy physically active work.
